Privacy Policy

Sprea (sprea.io) is a business platform operated by 0x Agency LLC ("Sprea", "we", "us"). It helps companies run email campaigns, sync leads with their CRM, publish social content, and measure and retarget their advertising. This policy explains what data we handle and how.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, company and role of people who sign in to Sprea.
- Company data you provide: contacts, leads, campaign content, mailing address and settings you upload or connect.
- Campaign activity: email sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces and unsubscribes.
- Connected services: data from services a company chooses to connect (for example its mailer, CRM, social accounts, payment provider or Meta business assets).
- Technical data: sign-in events, device and browser information, and security logs.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data
When a company connects its Meta business account to Sprea, with its permission we access:
- The list of business portfolios, ad accounts, Pages and Pixels/Datasets the company chooses to share.
- Advertising performance and reporting data for those ad accounts.
- The ability, when the company enables it, to manage Pixel/Conversions API configuration and retargeting audiences for its own ad accounts.
We use this data only to provide those features to that company. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers, are never shown in the browser, and are kept separate per company. We do not sell Meta data, use it to build profiles for other companies, or share it with anyone other than the company that connected it and the service providers needed to run Sprea.
Website visitor tracking for advertising only runs on a company's own website, under that company's consent settings. Visitors who decline advertising cookies are not tracked for advertising.
How we use information
- To provide, secure and support the Sprea platform.
- To send campaigns, sync data and produce reports on a company's behalf.
- To bill companies for services and project costs.
- To comply with law, including email rules such as CAN-SPAM (unsubscribe links and a physical mailing address).
Sharing
We share data only with the company it belongs to, with service providers that run Sprea on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payments, AI processing), with services a company has connected, or when required by law. Each company's data is isolated from other companies.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while a company uses Sprea and as needed for legal, billing and security records. A company can disconnect Meta at any time from its Sprea settings, which deletes the stored Meta access token and selected asset settings.
You can also remove Sprea from your Facebook account (Settings → Business Integrations). Meta then notifies us and we delete the Meta tokens and asset settings for your Meta identity. We keep only a minimal record (an app-scoped ID, the time of the request and a confirmation code) to confirm the deletion and prevent misuse. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.
To request deletion of any other personal data, email jason@0x.agency. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records by law.
Email recipients
If you received an email sent through Sprea, it was sent by the company named in that email. Use the unsubscribe link in the email to opt out, or contact that company directly.
Security
We use encryption, access controls, per-company isolation and extra verification for sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
Sprea is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: jason@0x.agency.
