Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Sprea (sprea.io), operated by 0x Agency LLC. By using Sprea you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

The service

Sprea provides email campaign management, CRM and lead syncing, social content tools, analytics, and advertising measurement and retargeting features. Features may change over time.

Accounts

  • Access is granted by invitation. Keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.
  • Company administrators decide who on their team can view or change their company's data.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to use the contacts, content and accounts you bring to Sprea.
  • You must follow applicable law, including anti-spam (such as CAN-SPAM), privacy and advertising laws.
  • When you connect Meta, Instagram or other services, you must also follow their terms and policies, including Meta's Platform Terms and Business Tools Terms.
  • If you use website tracking, you are responsible for your site's privacy notice and visitor consent.
  • You may not use Sprea for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity, or try to access another company's data.

Connected services

Sprea acts on your behalf in services you connect. You can disconnect them at any time. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those third-party services.

Fees

Fees, setup costs and project expenses are set out in your invoices or agreement. Monthly recurring charges renew automatically until cancelled. Paid amounts are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Your data

You own your company's data. We use it only to provide Sprea, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. You may stop using Sprea at any time; unpaid fees remain due.

Disclaimers and liability

Sprea is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific campaign, sales or advertising results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
